Customer account registration

To create a customer account, click the Register button on the https://my.beyond.pl website.

In the next step, you will be asked to provide a phone number for anti-spam verification.

After providing the phone number and clicking the Verify my phone number button, a phone call will be made to the specified number, and 6 digits will be displayed on the screen, which should be entered on your mobile phone.

After correctly entering the digits, you will be moved to the next step, which is filling out the registration form. All fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in.

At the end of the form, there are mandatory consents regarding service provision, the privacy policy, and a voluntary consent for marketing contact from Beyond.pl.

The penultimate step of registration is clicking the activation link you will receive in an e-mail message. In case the e-mail message does not arrive, we recommend checking the spam folder, and if it is not found there either, please contact our Customer Support.

After account activation, log in to the customer panel by providing the e-mail address and the password set during registration. Next, click the link to the form on the main page where billing data should be completed. Alternatively, you can select the Payments option from the side menu and then click the Add billing details button.

Please remember that after selecting the billing currency, it is not possible to change it in the future.
